About Us

With the the magic and power of entertainment, we tell the stories that shape our world, bringing about great changes.

Every day, they shape the world. With the magic and power of entertainment, narratives can engage humanity, bringing about great changes. For more than 10 years telling the stories that promote the transformations we want to accomplish, Maria Farinha has produced more than 25 films, series and other formats that have impacted millions of people around the world.

In this collective journey, we know that some changes need to be accelerated. That is why we created Flow, where we experiment not only with new ways of distributing, but create social impact campaigns that provide concrete paths for the general public to get actively engaged, encouraging the activist spirit.

I thought the film was so beautiful, so moving, that I cried. And while I watched I reminisce my readings, my games, and the joy of climbing trees and eating fruits (without washing)… it’s wonderful.

So, in Tarja Branca, sometimes one gets the feeling that all it takes for each person is to look to the child within and the playful universe, from which one was suppressed, will bloom spontaneously.

  • Mônica Rodrigues da Costa, Folha de S.Paulo newspaper

Without being aggressive when it raises against the daily rush in the world of consumption, the film makes its intentions clear (…) Who doesn’t play will not have well-being in the adult life.

Documentaries like the ones by Estela Renner and books like the ones by Michael Moss are opportunities to think and understand what is happening, while we are being afflicted by the consumption’s appeals in and out of our homes. They also stimulate breaking down the passivity and taking a stand.

  • Paulo Lima, Istoé magazine

Estela and Alana’s team offer a service of huge relevance to the country and light up a strong warning yellow light about how we can be unknowingly sponsoring the premature and slow death of our children, which time we go to the supermarket.

    Paulo Lima, Istoé magazine
  • Daniel Vilela, Vida Simples magazine

Sometimes we try really hard not to lose focus. To keep life on the right track. But we forget that living, deep down, is losing focus of the routine and not being afraid of going with the flow.

The whole piece makes the theme understandable to the viewer through the emotions, more than through reason. Impossible not to identify yourself with the playing and stories presented, and don’t remember the bright colors that should be a part of every child’s life.

My memory got full trying to register so many interesting lines and analogies used during the testimonials about how important playing is to an adult’s formation.

  • Sergio Rizzo, O GLOBO

Drops of Joy – the revolution that was missing, it makes an eloquent defense of playing – entertaining, casual, inventive – not only for kids but also for grown-ups.

    Sergio Rizzo, O GLOBO
  • Patricia Kogut, O Globo

Top score – for “Young Inventors”, a new part of Caldeirão do Huck’s TV show. With this sketch, the TV show that always seems to search for new formats, got it right and improve its quality. Far from being a welfare proposal, the production has been finding great, creative and entrepreneurial characters, with positive and touching life stories.

  • Keila Jimenez, Folha de São Paulo newspaper

“Young Inventors”, one of the best ideas from Caldeirão do Hulk (Globo TV) in 2013, has big chances on getting another season in 2014.
